Our Youth & Young Adult Pastor will shepherd our youth (junior and senior high) and young adults, providing oversight, vision, direction andleadership to our student ministries. We desire a vibrant student ministry to disciple and equipstudents in their journey and relationship with God, as well as reach students who do not knowJesus. This role is pastoral in nature. The Youth & Young Adult Pastor will report to the supervising staff Elders of the church, who will disciple and mentor him with the intention of him growing into the role of pastor/elder and being formally recognized as such by the membership of the church.
